1.0 persons under 18 years of age must have parental/legal guardian consent.

1.1 persons under 18 years of age are not eligible to represent Talking Moon Music (TMM) in Los Angeles unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. That parent or legal guardian must cover all of their own expenses.

2.0 "All expenses paid”: TMM will cover the cost of:
- 1 x return flight to Los Angeles from the selected member’s home country.
- Accommodation for the duration of the stay, including one meal per day.
- Transport to and from LAX (once in USA) and transport to and from all TMM organized events.
- Entry to all TMM events whilst in LA for the duration of the stay.

2.1 Talking Moon Music (TMM) take no responsibility for any travel insurance (including but not limited to baggage loss, injury) for the dates between and including departure and arrival in Los Angeles, time in USA and departure and arrival to home country.

2.2 Travel Insurance must be sourced by the representing member and a certificate of currency must be presented to TMM before departure.

2.3 This is not a competition/game or raffle. "Random Selection" means a paying member will be randomly selected to represent TMM in LA, USA.

2.4 The random selection of the member to journey to LA will take place once one thousand (1000) members have registered and paid for TMM membership.

3.0 "Life time entry to Clint Crighton performances" is valid for the life time of the member and only includes solo performances. This does not include festivals or private functions.

4.0 Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.

4.1 Individual memberships can be terminated at the sole discretion of Talking Moon Music in the case of, but not limited to: bad behavior at concerts, fraudulent activities or any other action that TMM deem inappropriate.

4.2 A limited of 1000 members applies for this project.
